At Concord First General Kamloops we believe in treating other people like we want to be treated: with patience, respect and kindness. Often, we deal with difficult situations, flooded homes, rebuilding after a fire, or sometimes even cleaning up trauma scenes after the loss of a loved relative or pet.

We realize how devastating and emotional conditions like these can be. We believe in treating each client’s situation, and HOME with the same consideration and care as we would our own.

We opened our doors in 1995 and have been proudly serving Kamloops and its surrounding areas ever since. With an education in carpentry, and numerous certifications in the Fire and Flood Restoration Industry, we have the experience, knowledge and passion to get your home back to its’ pre-loss condition.

I was on holidays and did not have any internet. totally unplugged and a house sitter in my house and my water pipe froze and flooded my rec room in my basement and Justin whas called in and started the job and got everything all dried out without even a deposit so when I come home it was already to be restored without a real guarantee he was going to get paid my hat goes off to him and his crew for doing a really good job.

It was Christmas day and response to water issue was less than 20 minutes! They had the water removed and the wet drywall removed and fans running in no time. Cannot think of anyone that is able to do this as fast and on a stat holiday such as Christmas day! Best service I have experienced anywhere! If your looking for restoration service these are the guys to use without a doubt!

Made a call to Justin not knowing how much work we possibly would have. He came right away and assessed the damage to our rental unit. He started immediately cleaning up after the water damage. I would highly recommend him and our insurance broker assured me that they use Justin many times and trust him. It was nice knowing that our place was looked after so well. Justin is efficient and very friendly. I hope to never have damage again however I have no problem referring him to family and friends. Great job Justin and Thanks again.

Well, I have to say all the other reviews consistently sum up our experience with Justin and his staff. They are excellent on all levels. They are quick to show up when called for a job. They also show up promptly for their jobs each day. Justin is empathetic for one’s situation and reassuring that it can and will be fixed “right”. Clay and Bill were amazing workers.
